The History of New Zelaand Labour Hire
Driven by a desire to provide an improved labour hire service. Managing Director Vance Simpson started his labour hire business in 1985. Initially the work mostly involved supplying personnel to larger construction companies, where Vance gained considerable knowledge of the construction industry.
Focusing only on labour hire helped our company grow from 10 staff to in excess of 100 staff currently. This is where our strength lies. Focusing on good staff, ensuring our staff are treated well and well trained enables us to have the market edge over our competitors.
We firmly believe that people are our biggest asset. Looking after staff is our top priority, as happy workers are productive workers.
Over the past 17 years we have expanded our services into other industries. We are proud to be 100% New Zealand owned, immensly proud to be Kiwis and have numerous references and referees should you wish to verify our exemplary service.

We have many skilled and experienced personnel, and all new staff are interviewed and screened prior to job allocation. We keep daily contact with our leading hands, managers, foremen and clients to ensure ongoing high standards are met.
