As one of New Zealands largest labour hire providers to outdoor industries such as construction, roading, parks and reserve maintenance, and demolition New Zealand Labour Hire continues to provide training programs such as Site Safe Passports (where we are one of New Zealands largest users of this safety program) and Traffic Controller training.
Health and Safety is only one aspect of our focus where we subject all candidates to the following:
- Ministry of Justice criminal history check
- ACC injury history
- Physical health questionnaire
- Work history reference checks
- A one on one interview with a recruitment consultant
- Arithmetic and logical reasoning testing where required
- Drug and alcohol screening
- A comprehensive H&S induction
