We’re looking for an organised Warehouse Administrator to join our Auckland operations. This role covers everything from stock management and goods inwards to dispatch and documentation. If you’re detail-focused and thrive in a busy environment, this is for you.
Key Tasks:
- Receiving and processing goods in/out
- Managing stock levels in online systems
- Preparing dispatch paperwork and coordinating freight
- General warehouse admin and customer service support
What We’re After:
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics admin
- Confident using stock management systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Forklift licence a bonus but not essential
